According to the company, this is an innovation to create a waterways rendezvous for the good people of Lagos and Nigeria in general.

The barge is actually meant for cargoes. It can take up to twenty(20) cars or fourteen(14) SUVs. Also, it can take up to a  number of four trailers and some other heavy loads from Lagos to all other states across the country.

However, in order to maximize the utilization of the barge, as said earlier, the barge will be readily available for all and sundry who is willing to enjoy a blissful social event like, wedding, birthday, get together, training, meeting, conference, on water at a low cost.

While speaking with our correspondence, the MD/CEO of Lagos Ferry Services Company, Asiwaju AbdoulBaq Ladi Balogun said that Lagosians has been given another opportunity to reap the dividend of democracy and good governance in the All Progressive Congress led administration.

He added that the door is open to everyone in the state and beyond and that booking could be placed and trip could be started at any LagFerry terminal across Lagos.
