Buhari: We Will Never Give Up on Chibok Girls, Leah Sharibu

President Muhammadu Buhari says his government will never give up on the abducted Chibok Girls, Leah Sharibu and others after five years in the captivity of Boko Haram.

Members of #BringBackOurGirls do not rest on their toes as they keep reminding the government of the day the need to rescue the girls and reunite them with their families. They keep hosting rallies around the country particularly in Abuja and Lagos.

Whereas, President Muhammadu buhari says he made the promise to get them freedom and he still keeps the promise. He says

Today marks five years since the abduction of our Chibok daughters. We have succeeded in bringing back 107 of them, but we will not rest until all the remaining girls are back and reunited with their families. I made this promise when I became President, and I will keep it.

We will never give up on our missing daughters, including Leah Sharibu; and all the other people held hostage by Boko Haram. In the last four years our security agencies have successfully rescued thousands of captives, and they will not relent until every captive is free.
